1998 NBA Finals: The Last Shot!

A Recreated Diorama. A frozen moment in time, when Michael Jordan hits his Last Shot as a Chicago Bulls to win his sixth and final NBA Championship title (or something close to that, since there was never a Bryon Russell action figure). I used the NBA Heroes Ultimate Basketball Court as the main backdrop. Although the basketball court is a little small for the NBA McFarlanes, this would make do. I originally was going to use the NBA McFarlane backboards but it wouldn't quite fit with the NBA Heroes Ultimate Court. For the cast of characters, I used NBA McFarlane Scottie Pippen, John Stockton, and Karl Malone. An old WCW Dennis Rodman action figure that would fit nicely in scale with the NBA McFarlanes. Dressed him up with a Chicago Bulls Barbie Jersey (that explains his Jersey number 1). And an Upper Deck Michael Jordan "Last Shot" figure. Upper Deck holds exclusive rights to Michael Jordan's likeness and trademark, so he is off limits to other toy and merchandising companies. Check out these multiple photos I took. For more about Michael Jordan, check out my Michael Jordan at 50 tribute here:

Preparing the things that I need...

All the principal players are locked in, all Hall of Famers

Michael Jordan dead set accuracy...

With nerves of steel

The moment when John Stockton realize Jordan was left unguarded

Karl Malone tries to block the shot, with Dennis Rodman giving him a little nudge

Scottie Pippen looks to rebound the ball in case Jordan misses

And the shot is ready
